Maldives Teachers

Please be informed that Ministry of Maldives is planning to conduct Skype interviews during the weekend.

​ (Hopefully on 20th & 21st April) ​

Therefore, in order to have a productive interview session, please carry out a pre-selection/assessment of candidates based on the following areas. 

Assessment criteria 

1. Fluency in English (20 Marks )

2. Dress code/personality ( 4 Marks )

3. Self confidence and attitude ( 10 Marks)

4. Technological friendliness ( 5 Marks ) 

5.  Bachelors Degree (subject degree)  (5 Marks) 

6.  Bachelors of Education   (5 Marks) 

7. Masters Degree (in applied subject)  (5 Marks) 

8. Masters in Education (5 Marks) 

9. PHD (6 marks)

10.Teaching Experience ( 10 Marks )

 and the maximum number of candidates allocated per subject. 

Each candidate must be awarded marks out of 70 and the results of candidates must be sent along with the candidate list (attached) before 1300 hrs of 16th April 2018.
